FITNESS/CONDITIONING
We offer various fitness challenges and courses throughout the year. These courses are open to anyone (not just our Jiu Jitsu members) and is a great way to start working out with a great group of people. We welcome people of all fitness levels, you don't have to have any experience or be in shape to do these fitness challenges.
Whether you are a beginner just starting out or have experience working out, we show modified versions of moves to suit every fitness level.
We our currently running fitness classes Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 730.
$15 to drop in, or purchase a 12 class pass for $150. To get started, just show up!
