 FITNESS/CONDITIONING 

We offer various fitness challenges and courses throughout the year. These courses are open to anyone (not just our Jiu Jitsu members) and is a great way to start working out with a great group of people. We welcome people of all fitness levels, you don't have to have any experience or be in shape to do these fitness challenges.  
Whether you are a beginner just starting out or have experience working out, we show modified versions of moves to suit every fitness level.

Join Us January 6th! 

The holidays are a great time to relax — but they can also leave you feeling out of rhythm, low on energy, and sluggish.

This 6-week winter workout series is a supportive, fun, and effective way to get moving again, feel stronger, and rebuild consistency.

What This Program Is

This series blends progressive cardio + strength workouts with recovery-focused yoga to help you build strength, improve endurance, increase energy,  feel more confident in your body and get back into a routine.

 

Workouts are fun, and the exercises are suitable for every fitness level  with options to make each exercise easier or harder.

What You Get

2 Workouts Tuesdays & Thursdays — 7:00 PM at Graciefighter Caribou

Expect full-body workouts that blend cardio and strength using bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells, heavy bags and more.

1 Yoga Class Each Week — Koru Yoga Rejuvenate Spa — 24 Sweden St, Caribou

Choose one class per week from the following options:

Mon — Yin 5:30–6:30 PM

Wed — Restorative 5:30–6:30 PM

Fri — Flow 12:00–1:00 PM

Sun — Gentle Flow 9:00–10:00 AM

 

Yoga supports flexibility, recovery, balance, and stress relief — helping you feel better while training consistently.

 

Who This Is For?

This program is a great fit if you:

- feel out of rhythm or low on energy

- want to start moving again in a supportive environment

- are new to working out and don't know what to do

- want fun, full-body workouts that will get you sweating

- are returning after time off

- already work out and want something fresh

- want to feel stronger, more energized, and more balanced

Refund policy:

- If you sign up and decide after day 1 this isn't for you, a full refund will be provided. 

- No refunds after the 1st day but if you can't complete a good majority of the course due to an unforeseen problem, we will gladly give credit for the next challenge.
