FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need any experience?
No. This is designed specifically for people who are brand new.
What should I wear?
Comfortable athletic clothing is fine. You don’t need any special gear to start.
What if I’m out of shape or anxious about starting?
That’s completely okay. It's normal to feel anxious before starting something new and Jiu Jitsu is no exception. This program is built to meet people where they are and most people aren't in shape when they first start training.
How long does it take to complete?
You’ll complete two private sessions, then attend beginner classes for one month. Beginner classes are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5. You can come to as many or as little classes as you want, there is no obligation to come to every class, though you certainly will make better progress the more you train.
What happens after the On-Ramp?
You can continue directly into a regular membership if you’d like.
