Our wrestling classes are focused on folkstyle wrestling and are led by multiple high level coaches both from Aroostook County as well as from across the country.

These classes are free to our Jiu Jitsu members as well as the kids and teens of the Caribou High School and Middle School Wrestling team who want to keep training through the off season. The classes are open to anyone else for a $20 drop in fee, which will be donated to the local high school wrestling team. The classes focus on the fundamentals of folk style wrestling as well as more advanced wrestling and is suitable for both beginners and advanced wrestlers.

This class is on Tuesday nights at 6pm, with additional access to weekend open mats for anyone who wants the extra work. The wrestling team also will have full access to our gym area which includes a squat rack, a bench, dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls and more to keep up with their strength and conditioning throughout the off season.
