2 WEEK BOXING FUNDAMENTALS COURSE

Now introducing our 2 week boxing fundamentals course. Class times for the next course are TBD.  This course is taught by our head instructor Sean Cerveny and will be offered multiple times throughout the year. This class is currently waitlisted. Please use the form on this page to get on the waitlist. We will contact you with a link to sign up when registrations open up again. 

This ​course will go over the basics of boxing and help you build a solid foundation before you attend our regular boxing and sparring classes. This is not a boxing fitness class, we will be focusing on learning technique. 

This course is a great starting point for anyone who is looking to learn the basics of boxing. 
In thi
s class we will learn how to throw basic punches,  in addition to things like stance, footwork, movement, and defense. We will also doing some bag work, mitt work and partner drills as well as very light technical sparring. 

After this course is over you can sign up for a boxing membership and attend our regular boxing classes, open gym times and sparring nights. If you want to spar, you must register as an athlete on the USA Boxing webpage.
