Now introducing our 2 week boxing fundamentals course. Next course starts October 3rd. Class times will be Tuesday, Thursday at 6pm and Saturdays at 4PM. 

This ​course will go over the basics of boxing and help you build a solid foundation before you attend our regular boxing and sparring classes. This is not a boxing fitness class, we will be focusing on learning technique. 

This course is a great starting point for anyone who is looking to learn the basics of boxing. 
In thi
s class we will learn how to throw basic punches,  in addition to things like stance, footwork, movement, and defense. We will also doing some bag work, mitt work and partner drills as well as very light technical sparring.
